We have selected a Blend, that of the Maestro Torrefattore, and two Single Origins: India Cherry AB, il Gusto Antico.
We believe that they are excellent ideas for starting your journey into the world of artisanal coffee.
The bags are exclusively made of parchment paper, without vacuum packaging, which constitutes further waste. These packages must be tasted IN ONE BREATH. Coffee is not an ornament, keep this in mind, it must be consumed within 30/40 days, regardless of the packaging itself.

Ideal for breakfast and mid-morning breaks, you will be able to appreciate its characteristics even after an important lunch or dinner.
Its caffeine content is very low, around 1.5%. You can also drink the mixture in the evening, of course you will sleep!

India Cherry Ab
India Cherry AB is a single origin Arabica, it comes from the Indian region of Karnataka. Obtained through the "natural" process of separating the pulp from the beans, it is full-bodied and free of acidity. It appears irregular due to the harvesting and selection which take place in absolutely rudimentary conditions. But it offers a full flavor on the palate, rewarding the view of those who purchase it in grains.
Intense notes of cocoa and toasted bread are its calling card. It is an easy coffee, ideal for any moment of the day; at the end of the meal it stands out over the previous courses, leaving a long and pleasant persistence. Despite this, it has low caffeine, like all Penazzi coffees.
Gusto Antico
A Brazilian blend of coffee processed with the natural method, which maintains intense body and aroma thanks only to the drying of the drupes in the sun.
It is not exactly a blend, as logically speaking very different varietals are needed to be able to talk about it. If anything, it is the union of the harvests of many small neighboring plantations in the Minas Gerais region, which among other beans provide an interesting variety called Foxy Bean, having the back characterized by reddish/orange reflections.
It can therefore be defined as a "Dignity Coffee" rather than a Specialty.
But it is equally exciting, and it doesn't taste like squeezed lemon, as in many cases happens when dealing with this category...
It has toasted notes and a cocoa finish, very sweet and well balanced overall. Definitely worth discovering with a thoughtful tasting.
